I offer person-centred counselling in a way that suits you, whether that’s face-to-face or online.
Face-to-Face Sessions – Available in Hove and Horsham, providing a safe, private space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in person.
Online Sessions – A flexible option for those who prefer to access therapy from the comfort of their own space.
Using Zoom, prior to the session the link will be sent to you via email, allowing you to work with me wherever suits you best. All that I ask is that you are in a safe space that you feel comfortable in.
In person-centred therapy, I provide an environment where you feel truly heard, understood, and valued. Rather than leading or interpreting, my role is to be alongside you, offering warmth, empathy, and a genuine presence as you explore what feels important.
This approach is not about diagnosing or fixing but about creating the conditions for you to gain clarity, process emotions, and move towards a greater sense of self-acceptance and well-being. Sessions move at your pace, allowing you to explore whatever feels right in the moment.
Person-centred therapy can be beneficial for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, trauma, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. It is also valuable for those seeking deeper self-understanding or a space to reflect on their experiences.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is priced at £50 per session. I also offer concessions for trainee counsellors. The first session is an initial consultation, giving us a chance to explore what you’re looking for and how we might work together.
I also offer a free 15-minute call so you can ask any questions you may have, and so I can let you know how I work to see if I am a good fit for you.
