# Jessica counselling

> I am a fully qualified person-centered counsellor, I have a level 4 diploma from Haulm, I work with anyone aged 16 years and over but have a real connection to mothers as I co-facilitate a Mothers therapy group. My approach is deep-rotted in wanting to truly understand my clients, to hear what they have to say and to give them the space they need to be heard and seen, in a safe and inviting environment. I don't direct or give advice but I am with my client 100% of the way
